Regional Development Program
HEFF, OUR A-LEAGUE LEGEND, IS BACK!
Dean Heffernan is back to oversee our RDP Term 2 Program for the next 9 weeks!
Develop and Excel under the guidance of an A-licensed Pro Level Coach!
The Regional Development Program is the 2nd phase of the Central Coast Football Association Player Pathway. It is one of the fastest growing advanced training programs on the Central Coast. In previous years, the RDP program has been run on a Monday, and the RDP Elite program, on a Wednesday.
Our RDP program will continue to run on BOTH Monday and Wednesday afternoons, allowing you to choose which night suits you best. Players will be graded at the sessions on their chosen night of training, and put in similar ability groups of players to develop and push them to reach their full potential. Children showing great technical ability and potential will be invited to join, or train in the CCU program, in their respective age groups.

What is the RDP?
The RDP is the 2nd phase of the Central Coast Football Association Player Pathway. In the course, your child will be following an advanced curriculum designed to further enhance their skills. The curriculum focuses on the four key components of the FFA curriculum. Our senior coaches work with similar ability groups of players to develop and push to reach their full potential at their current stage in their football development.
RDP Training Jersey 2019
Players will receive a new Umbro jersey for being part of the course (only one per year) and will be expected to wear it to every session. These will be given out on the second RDP session, subject to availability.
With our exclusive deal with Umbro, we can now offer an additional package which allows you to purchase an Umbro football, shorts and socks for just $50. Look and train like a professional player and be part of the biggest coaching pathway the Central Coast has ever seen.
